PUSH Fitness was established in 2010 with the desire to help people achieve their personal fitness goals and improve their overall quality of life. At PUSH Fitness we create unique, personalized training programs, small group training sessions and nutrition plans geared to meet the needs and goals of all our clients. Jason will bring you a step-by-step approach to fitness training, weight loss and achieving a healthy lifestyle.

What makes PUSH Fitness unique is owner and operator Jason’s 7 years of experience creating programs focusing on form and function which are keys to successful strength training and weight loss. When you come to work out with us at PUSH Fitness we don’t walk you around the gym and just show you how to use machines. We work with you to build the strongest, fittest and most functional body you can achieve. By focusing on the science of the body and your individual needs, Jason creates programs that take regiments from a multitude of disciplines to prevent plateaus and increase results.

At PUSH Fitness we constantly evolve to bring you the best and most creative training techniques. Better muscle development and creating proper movement aid in the prevention and rehab of injuries leading you to be your fittest self.

We further pair your training with the proper nutrition plans geared towards your goals. We take the time to get to know you to help identify your internal and external challenges, or influences that may get in your way of achieving the healthy lifestyle you want.

We understand that being dedicated to healthy and fit lifestyle can be challenging at times, but there is no better investment than your health. We have packages to match a variety of budgets. Growing up playing competitive baseball, Jason later made the move to kickboxing and Mixed Martial Arts and CrossFit for the dynamic, high intensity workouts and conditioning they provide. He grew up and continues to live a healthy, active lifestyle, adopting the practice what you preach philosophy and take regiments from a multitude of disciplines to prevent plateaus and increase results.

Being a competitive amateur level mixed martial artist, Jason has been through the mental and physical highs and lows of training as well as the nutrition and dieting regiment involved in preparing for events. He enjoy using these experiences to help people evolve physically and grow mentally as their body and mind accomplish feats once previously unattainable, while maintaining a high level of fun and laughter.
