Our focus on form and building strength is further aimed at prevention of injury. Rehab and undoing bad form or repetitive motion injuries is every athlete’s nightmare. A proper training regiment is proven to help reduce down time spent out of sport from injury. Training programs are broken down into 3 Athletic Preparatory Phases;

Repair Muscle Functionality
General Physical Training
Sports Specific Training

*Duration of each phase depends on age, level of competition and level of ability.

*It is statistically proven that the more focus on general physical training equally across all aspects the longer an athlete’s career is without injury.

We will not teach you how to be a great at your sport; you have coaches and professionals around you for that. At PUSH we focus on proper phasing and specific programming for each different sport. We will build a rock solid foundation of each necessary physical skill;

Quickness
Stamina
Endurance
Strength
Flexibility
Power
Speed
Coordination
Agility
Balance
Accuracy

which will further excel your form, ability and performance in your sport.
